I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and conveniently located close to the lift, giving us a better view than our friends'. However, there was a tile missing in the bathroom ceiling that exposed the pipe work. The service was excellent, with a warm welcome from the reception staff, but it seemed a bit strained due to the large influx of Japanese and British guests. The location was perfect, right by the lake and train stations, making it easy to move around. The dining was of high quality but somewhat repetitive. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
